Cable Trays

Our data cable trays are manufactured to Australian standards in widths ranging from 75 mm to 600 mm. We supply standard lengths of 2400 mm and 3000 mm plus a full range of bends, crosses, joiners, branches and special fittings.
All trays are supplied with joiners and standard 6 mm gutter bolts. We can also supply stainless steel, aluminium and Colorbond trays for the food industry. Architecturally-designed trays and special non-standard trays can be custom made to order.
Trays can be made as “one offs” or in any quantity required. Perforation pattern and direction of slots can be changed to your design.
Special dimensions, variable folded sides and configurations can be manufactured to order, as can dust proof enclosures, caped lids and split trays for data cables and electric cablesade such as changes in International Trade Laws and currency fluctuations.

HVAC Ducting

Our local sheet metal experts are the specialists in fabricating ductwork for all commercial and residential applications for the past 15 years.

All of our products are made to Australian standards and our ducts can be developed to suit the drawings you provide. Our manufacturing capabilities extend to the creation of all aspects of ducts, including straights, transitions, bends, cushion boxes plus supply and return plenums.

Particleboard ducting (P3) can be manufactured in a range of earthiness according to the latest industry standards. Insulated and wrapped ducting can also be produced with 10 mm closed cell foam insulation or fibreglass insulation in 25, 50, 75 or 100 mm thickness.

Enclosures

Our environmentally-friendly acoustic enclosures are made to sound engineers’ specifications and designed to prevent any breakout noise or sound pollution. Enclosures can be manufactured to any existing plant or tailor made for specific projects. We also specialise in refrigeration condenser enclosures.

Spigots

Our standard spigots are specially made for easy installation in shop or on site. No tools are required to make the spigot, no spot welding and no riveting. The fingers are inserted into the appropriate slots and folded back on itself, at which point installation is complete.
Spigots have tabs to ensure the correct level of insertion, depending on the thickness of insulation in the duct or plenum. Please be sure to stipulate diameter and insertion depth when ordering spigots.

Turret Punching & Folding

Our 30-tonne Turret Punch is especially suitable for sheet metals in galvanised steel, mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium. We produce drawings and prepare DXF files or utilise your DX files for fabrication. Punching is especially suitable where a clean unburned edge is needed on plastic-coated materials, stainless steel and colorbond sheets, or where many bolt or rivet holes are required.

For non-metal materials and special designs, we utilise the service of a water jet cutter. Turret punching and water jet cutting covers all types of materials and shapes encountered in modern engineering.

Condenser Protection Cages

Condenser protection cages are individually manufactured to suit local conditions. They protect condensers from vandalism and are installed in schools, hospitals and most public places. Cages are made from stainless steel or galvanised steel in various gauges depending on size and the level of protection required.

They are often powder coated to match the building colour scheme or for environmental considerations. Covers are internally bolted to the floor and hinged, lockable doors are provided.
